How does the delivery process work ?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible date. In case they are unable to reach your provided address at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders above Rs 20,000, our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to confirm your order before it is placed and prepared for shipping

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Clinique Online orders.
When you click on Order Status you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
Order Cancellations
Thank you for contacting Clinique customer services. We regret to inform you that we do have have the mechanics to cancel your order but we do have an easy returns and refund policy! Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
